UT3 UToledo. UTeach. UTouch the Future, is the only program in
Northwest Ohio that recruits, prepares, and supports science and
mathematics teachers to teach specifically in high need schools, where
there is a nationwide shortage of qualified teachers. UT3
offers students academic, financial, and professional support, which
provides them with the foundation to become exemplary teachers.
Taxpayer-Teacher Protection Act
The Taxpayer-Teacher
Protection Act (PL 108-409) authorizes up to $17,500.00 in
loan forgiveness to eligible qualified math science and
special education teachers.
Noyce
Scholarship
Noyce scholars
are awarded up to
$17,220 which can be used to pay for the 12-credit-hours of
tuition or other education expenses.
