   Noyce applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
 

 

  1. Have a Baccalaureate, Masters, or Doctoral degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics with a minimum graduating G.P.A. of 2.7 or higher.
  2. Be a U.S. citizenship or national, or permanent resident alien.
  3. Provide an Ohio Department of Education review of transcripts.
  4. Enrolled at the The University of Toledo (upon acceptance into the program).
  5. Pass the Praxis II content test for your subject area.
